Cake Bayam Keju

Bahan-bahan :
3 butir telur
125 gr tepung beras
25 gr tepung maizena
100 gr gula pasir
100 ml minyak sayur
150 gr daun bayam jepang (horenso), yang sudah dipotong2, dan dicuci bersih (tanpa tangkainya)
60 gr creamcheese (bisa pakai keju cheddar parut)

Cara membuat:
- Panaskan oven (*ummi: pakai microwave oven, suhu 160 deg C)
- Blender daun bayam bersama minyak sayur hingga halus / lembut
- Campur tepung beras dan tepung maizena, ayak
- Kocok telur dan gula pasir dgn kecepatan tinggi hingga adonan mengembang dan memucat (kira2 lamanya mengocok 5-10 menit).
- Turunkan kecepatan menjadi kecepatan paling rendah. Masukkan campuran tepung, aduk perlahan, setelah rata masukkan campuran bayam dan minyak, aduk kembali hingga merata. (note: jangan terlalu lama mengaduk)
- Terakhir masukkan creamcheese, aduk hingga creamcheese merata, tidak ada gumpalan2 besar.
- Tuang adonan kedalam loyang persegi 18cm yang telah diolesi minyak/margarin. Panggang hingga matang.
(*ummi: pakai microwave suhu 160 deg C selama 20 menit, dilanjutkan 140 deg C selama 20 menit atau hingga matang).
