Agar-agar Karang

Bahan-bahan:
700 ml santan sedang
100 ml air matang
1 bungkus agar-agar bubuk putih
125 gram gula merah cincang
100 gram gula pasir
1 butir telur kocok lepas
2 lembar daun pandan

Cara Membuat:
1. Siapkan cetakan agar2, basahi dengan air matang, agar mudah dilepas.
2. Iris gula merah campur dengan air matang, didihkan dan gula merah larut, saring.
3. Siapkan panci, masukkan serbuk agar2, gula pasir dan santan aduk rata. Tambahkan cairan gula merah, dan daun pandan, nyalakan api, masak sampai mendidih sambil diaduk agar adonan tidak pecah dan menggumpal, kecilkan api.
4. Ambil 3 sdm adonan campurkan kedalam kocok telur, aduk rata, masukkan campuran tersebut kedalam panci, masak sampai mendidih kembali.
5. Angkat dari api, buang daun pandanya, tuan adonan ke dalam loyang, biarkan sampai uapnya hilang dan loyang berisi adonan cukup aman untuk masuk kulkas.

6. Siap dihidangkan disajikan dingin lebih enak tentunya.
