Frittata (Omelet Kentang dan Bayam)


Bahan Bahan :

2 sendok teh minyak zaitun
1 siung bawang putih, haluskan
200 gram daun bayam
3 butir telur
4 butir putih telur
3/4 sendok teh garam
1/4 sendok teh lada
1/2 buah bawang bombai atau 8 butir bawang merah, iris halus
500 gram kentang, kupas dan parut
1 sendok teh oregano

Cara Membuat Frittata (Omelet Kentang dan Bayam) :

Tumis bawang putih dengan 1 sendok teh minyak zaitun selama 1 menit dalam wajan antilengket. Masukkan baya, masak hingga layu. Angkat dan sisihkan.
Kocok 3 butir telur, campur dengan 4 putih telur. Tambahkan garam dan lada halus, aduk rata. Sisihkan.
Tumis bawang bombai dengan 1 sendok teh minyak zaitun hingga layu. Masukkan parutan kentang, garam, dan lada halus, masak hingga kentang matang. Ratakan kentang di seluruh permukaan wajan, lalu tuang kocokan telur. Tabur tumisan bayam di permukaan adonan. Tutup wajan dan masak dengan api kecil hingga frittata kuning kecokelatan.
Hidangkan frittata dengan taburan oregano. Santap selagi panas.
Untuk 4 porsi

Tips: Hati-hati saat membalik frittata. Gunakan piring lebar untuk menutup wajan agar adonan tidak terbelah atau pecah.
