::Cake Kukus Lapis Coco Pandan::


Bahan I:
425ml putih telur
225gr gula pasir ( aku pake 200gr saja)
1/4sdt garam
10gr cake emulsifier misal Tbm,SP atau Ovalet

Bahan II:
200gr tepung terigu protein sedang
1/4sdt baking powder

Bahan III:
50ml santan (aku pake santan instant tropicana slim 2 sendok makan untuk 150ml air)

Bahan IV (Sarikaya):
100ml santan
125gr gula pasir
1/4sdt vanilli bubuk
1sdt tepung maizena
3 kuning telur
Pasta pandan

Cara Membuatnya:
Bahan I kocok putih telur hingga mengembang, masukkan gula pasir sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus dikocok. Tambahkan cake emulsifier, garam, vanillie sambil dikocok terus sampai mengental.

Masukkan Bahan II sedikit demi sedikit hingga rata, tuang Bahan III, aduk perlahan dengan spatula sampai rata, kemudian campur kembali dengan pasta pandan, aduk hingga rata

Tuang ke dalam 4 loyang bulat, aku pake diamater 20cm, yg sebelumnya sudah dikuas memakai minyak sedikit dan dialasi kertas roti.

Kemudian kukus selama 15 menit kemudian dinginkan

Cara membuat Sarikaya (Bahan IV)
Campur dan aduk semua bahan menjadi satu, steam selama 30 menit sambil terus diaduk hingga mengental.

Olesi masing2 cake dengan Sarikaya hingga rata lalu tumpuk.

Cake ini Low Kolestrol karena gak pake kuning telur di bahannya ^ ^
