Bakpia


Bahan I:
250 gr tepung terigu
75 ml minyak sayur
150 ml air
1/2 sdt garam

Bahan II:
250 gr terigu
150 ml minyak sayur

Isi:
500 gr kacang hijau kupas
500 gr gula
100 ml minyak sayur
Cokelat, keju, vanili secukupnya

Cara membuat:
1. Isi: Jerang minyak sayur dengan api kecil, masukkan kacang hijau kupas setelah minyak sayur panas. Masukkan gula, vanili. Bagi dua bagian, 1 bagian campur dengan keju, dan 1 bagian dengan cokelat.
2. Campur bahan I, aduk rata. Tipiskan.
3. Campur bahan II, aduk rata. Tipiskan, bagi 2 bagian.
4. Ambil sebagian adonan II, taruh di adonan I, lipat, lalu tambahkan adonan sisa, lipat dan gulung, lalu bagi dua.
5. Potong setiap bagian menjadi kurang lebih 1 cm, masing-masing tipiskan dan isi dengan bahan isi. Tutup dan rapatkan yang rapi.
6. Tata di atas loyang yang telah dioles margarin dan oles dengan kuning telur. Panggang hingga kuning keemasan. Angkat, dinginkan.
