Klepon Saus Santan


Ready in: 45 menit

Bahan - bahan :

180 gr tepung ketan
1 sdt garam
125 ml air daun suji
100 gr gula merah, sisir halus
Ingredients 2

300 ml sntan, dari ½ butir kelapa
½ sdm tepung beras
2 lbr daun pandan, potong-potong 4 cm
¼ sdt garam

Cara membuat :

Campur tepung ketan, garam, air dan air daun suji dalam wadah, aduk-aduk dan uleni hingga tercampur rata dan bisa dipulung.

Ambil sedikit adonan tepung, pipihkan, taruh sedikit gula merah sisir di tengahnya dan bulatkan hingga gula merah berada di tengah-tengah, lakukan hingga semua adonanan habis.

Masak air hingga mendidih di dalam panci, masukkan bulatan tepung ke dalamnya, masak hingga matang dan mengapung. Angkat dan tiriskan, sisihkan.

Saus Santan : Campur semua bahan saus santan menjadi satu, masak di atas api sedang sambil ditimba-timba agar santan tidak pecah hingga mendidih dan kental. Angkat dan biarkan hingga agak dingin.
Taruh klepon di atas wadah saji, tuangi dengan saus santan dan segera sajikan.
