Temro ( Tempe di Jero )

Bahan Kulit
400 gr singkong di parut ( jangan diperas air nya )
150 gr kelapa muda, buang kulitnya, parut halus
5 lbr daun bawang
1 sdt peres garam / secukupnya ( dicoba aja dulu ya... garam kadang tiangkat keasinan nya beda ) hehe

Bahan Isi :
150 gram tempe, haluskan

Bumbu Halus kan :
2 buah bawang merah besar
2 buah cabe rawit
6 butir bawang meah
2 butir bawang putih
2 cm kencur ( kalau ada )

Bumbu lain :
garam
gula pasir
bawang daun
kemang 1/2 ikat
lengkuas seruas jari geprek

Cara Membuat Isi :
1. Setelah bumbu dihaluskan, campur dengan tempe yg dihaluskan tadi aduk rata.
2. Tumis dalam minyak panas tambahkan lengkuas, aduk rata tambahkan gula dan garam , aduk sampai masak,tambahkan kemangi dan daung bawang disaat2 akhir.
3. Angkat... dinginkan

Cara Membuat Kulit :
1. Campur parutan singkong dan kelapa parut tambahkan garam dan daun bawang aduk rata
2. Bentuk dalam cetakan bulat dengan menggunakan plastik, tekan bagian tengah
3. Isi dengan tempe, tutup lagi dengan adonan kulit, rapihkan
4. Goreng dalam minyak panas api sedang sampai kecoklatan
