CENIL SINGKONG 



Bahan :
- 1000 gramSingkong parut
- 300 gram gula pasir
- 250 ml air
- ½ sdt garam
- ½ sdt vanili
- ½ bungkus agar-agar powder
- 250 gram kelapa parut yang di kukus untuk taburan
- Pewarna secukupnya.

Cara membuat Cenil Singkong :
  1. Masukkan agar ke dalam air kemudian masak hingga mendidih
  2. Setelah mendidih campurkan dengan singkong parut, gula pasir, vanili dan garam hingga rata.
  3. Bagi tiga adonan, beri masing-masing pewarna merah, kuning dan hijau, aduk kembali hingga warna merata (gambar 2).
  4. Siapkan loyang yang sudak diolesi minyak, tuangkan adonan ke dalam loyang dan ratakan (gambar 3).
  5. Kukus adonan selama 30 menit.
  6. Setelah dingin potong adonan kotak-kotak kecil dan taburi dengan kelapa parut yang sudah di kukus
