RESEP PUDDING KACA MUTIARA





 

Bahan I :
  • Mutiara sagu, 50 gram
  • Agar-agar bubuk putih, 7 gram
  • Gula pasir, 50 gram
  • Susu kental manis, 50 ml
  • Air, 500 ml
Bahan II :
  • Agar-agar bubuk putih, 7 gram
  • Gula pasir, 100 gram
  • Air, 600 ml
  • Esens leci, 1/2 sendok teh
Cara membuat Pudding Kaca Mutiara :
  1. Rebus mutiara dalam air mendidih hingga berubah warna dan matang, angkat dan tiriskan.
  2. Adonan I : Campur agar-agar bersama air, gula dan susu kental manis, masak hingga mendidih, angkat. Setelah agak dingin, masukkan mutiara, aduk rata.
  3. Tuang adonan puding I dalam loyang datar, lalu diamkan hingga mengeras dan potong bentuk bunga atau sesuai selera.
  4. Adonan II : Campur semua bahan, masak di atas api sedang sambil diaduk-aduk hingga matang, angkat.
  5. Tuang adonan puding II dalam loyang datar, lalu tambahkan puding I, letakkan secara acak dan diamkan hingga mengeras, potong-potong sesuai selera. Sajikan.
