Resep Nagasari Roti Tawar -


Bahan Nagasari Roti Tawar:

  • roti tawar: 20 lembar , dibuang pinggirnya
  • pisang tanduk: 2 buah, dipotong jadi 20 iris
  • vanili bubuk: 1/8 sendok teh 
  • gula pasir: 350 gram 
  • santan dari 1 butir kelapa: 500 ml 
  • daun pisang secukupnya, untuk membungkus
  • garam: ½ sendok teh 


Cara Membuat Nagasari Roti Tawar:

  1. Rebuslah sambil diaduk hingga mendidih bahan santan, vanili bubuk, gula pasir, serta garam.
  2. Sediakan daun pisang lalu taruhlah 1 lembar roti tawar. Tambahkan santan.
  3. Letakkanlah posisi pisang di tengah. Bungkuslah dan kedua ujungnya lipat. Ulangi semuanya sampai roti tawar habis.
  4. Kukuslah hingga matang di atas api sedang dengan waktu kurang lebih 25 menit.
  5. Kini, nagasari roti tawar sudah siap disajikan. Selamat menikmati.
