Keripik Kelapa

Bahan :

- Buah kelapa matang 10 biji
- air 1,5 liter
- gula pasir 150 gr
- minyak goreng kelapa 2 liter

Cara Membuat

1. Ambil buah kelapa , rajang isi kelapa
2. Cuci bersih kemudian keringkan.
3. Buah kelapa yang sudah dirajang digoreng pada mesin vacuum frying dengan minyak goreng kelapa
4. Pemanasan minyak goreng kelapa disetting pada suhu rendah (80-85 derajat celcius).
5. Untuk mempercepat penggorengan, maka dilakukan penyedotan kandungan air pada buah dengan cara pemvakuman.
6. Bila kandungan air sudah habis , angkat tiriskan dan siap disajikan
