Manisan Kolang Kaling

Manisan Kolang Kaling


Bahan:
* 1 kg buah kolang kaling
* 1 liter air cucian beras
* 1 liter air
* 4 lembar daun jeruk
* 2 lembar daun pandan
* 250 gr gula pasir
* pewarna merah
Cara Pembuatan:
1. Cuci bersih kolang kaling. Rendam dalam air cucian beras selama 3 jam atau lebih agar lendir dan aroma asam hilang. Bilas dengan air bersih.
2. Rebus kolang kaling bersama air, daun jeruk, daun pandan hingga mendidih.
3. Masukkan gula dan pewarna merah, masak terus hingga air berkurang dan menjadi merah.
4. Siap dihidangkan
