keripik belut

Bahan dan Bumbu Keripik Belut

450 gram belut segar ukuran kecil, dibersihkan
1/2 sendok teh garam
1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk
1/2 sendok teh air jeruk lemon
3 siung bawang putih, dihaluskan
1 sendok teh ketumbar bubuk
air es untuk pencelup
minyak untuk menggoreng

Bahan Pelapis (aduklah merata)

150 gram tepung terigu
25 gram tepung sagu
1/2 sendok teh garam
1/2 sendok teh ketumbar bubuk
1/4 sendok teh kaldu ayam bubuk
1/2 sendok teh baking powder

Cara Membuat Keripik Belut

1. Campur belut, garam, merica bubuk, air jeruk lemon, bawang putih, dan ketumbar bubuk. Aduk rata. Diamkan 15 menit.
2. Gulingkan belut di atas bahan pelapis. Celupkan ke dalam air es. Gulingkan lagi di atas bahan pelapis.
3. Goreng dalam minyak yang sudah dipanaskan sampai matang dan kering.
