Keripik singkong coklat

Bahan dan Bumbu Keripik Singkong Cokelat

750 gram singkong, diiris tipis panjang (setelah diiris 500 gram)
1 sendok teh air kapur sirih
1 sendok teh garam
500 ml air es
minyak untuk menggoreng

Bahan untuk Pelapis

200 gram gula pasir
200 ml air
2 sendok teh cokelat bubuk
1/2 sendok teh kayu manis bubuk
1/4 sendok teh garam

Cara Membuat Keripik Singkong Cokelat

1. Rendam singkong dalam air kapur sirih, garam, dan air es. Diamkan 30 menit.
2. Tiriskan singkong. Cuci bersih. Lap sampai kering. Goreng singkong dalam minyak yang sudah dipanaskan sampai kering.
3. Pelapis: campur gula pasir, air, cokelat bubuk, kayu manis bubuk, dan garam. Aduk rata.
4. Masak sambil diaduk sampai berbusa. Masukkan singkong. Aduk rata. Matikan api. Aduk sampai kering.
