Keripik singkong rasa bawang

Bahan Keripik Singkong Rasa Bawang

100 gram singkong kukus, haluskan
200 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
1/2 sendok teh garam
20 gram maizena
1/2 sendok teh baking powder
2 siung bawang putih, haluskan
1 putih telur
2 sendok makan air
1/2 sendok teh kaldu ayam bubuk
2 sendok teh kucai iris
minyak untuk menggoreng

Bahan untuk Taburan

2 sendok makan bumbu balado bubuk

Cara Membuat Keripik Singkong Rasa Bawang
1. Campur tepung terigu, garam, maizena, baking powder, bawang putih bubuk, dan singkong. Aduk rata.
2. Masukkan telur, air, kaldu ayam bubuk, dan kucai. Aduk rata.

 3. Giling tipis digilingan mi dengan ketebalan paling besar (no.7). giling 2 sampai 3 kali. Setelah licin, turunkan gilingannya. Giling lagi dua sampai tiga kali sampai licin. Kecilkan lagi ukuran gilingannya. Giling lagi 2 – 3 kali, begitu seterusnya sampai ketebalan no.2. Setiap kali menggiling, kalau adonan terasa lengket, taburkan tepung terigu.
4. Cetak dengan ring oval.
5. Goreng dalam minyak yang sudah dipanaskan sampai matang.
6. Masukkan dalam kantong plastik. Tambahkan bahan taburan. Kocok-kocok sampai terbalut rata.

* Keripik singkong rasa bawang ini untuk 300 gram
