Keripik jagung keju gurih

Bahan Keripik Jagung Keju Gurih

200 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
30 gram tepung maizena
30 gram keju cheddar parut
75 gram jagung manis pipil rebus, dihaluskan
1/2 sendok teh kaldu ayam bubuk
1/2 sendok teh garam
1 butir telur, dikocok lepas
30 gram margarin

Cara Membuat Keripik Jagung Keju Gurih

1. Aduk bahan sampai bergumpal.
2. Giling adonan di gilingan mi. Mulai dari gilingan yang paling tebal (nomor 1). Setelah 2-3 kali giling. Masukkan ke nomor 2. Giling lagi 2-3 kali. Masukkan ke nomor 3. Begitu seterusnya hingga digilingan nomor 8.
3. Potong-potong bergerigi 10 x 1 1/2 cm.
4. Goreng dalam minyak yang sudah dipanaskan sampai matang.

* Keripik jagung keju gurih ini untuk 300 gram
