Keripik jagung merica

Bahan Keripik jagung Merica

250 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
65 gram tepung sagu
75 gram keju cheddar parut
160 gram jagung, diparut
1 sendok teh merica hitam bubuk
21/2 sendok teh bubuk jagung bakar
1/2 sendok teh kaldu ayam bubuk
1/2 sendok teh garam
1/2 sendok teh baking powder
2 butir telur, kocok lepas
minyak untuk menggoreng

Cara Memasak Keripik Jagung Merica

1. Aduk rata semua bahan sampai bergumpal.
2. Giling adonan di gilingan mi dengan ukuran gilingan paling besar (nomor 1). Setelah digiling 2–3 kali sampai licin, kecilkan gilingan. Giling lagi 2–3 kali sampai licin. Kecilkan lagi gilingan. Giling lagi 2–3 kali, begitu seterusnya sampai gilingan nomor 5.

 3. Potong dengan ring bulat diameter 7 cm.
4. Goreng dalam minyak yang sudah dipanaskan dengan api sedang sampai matang dan kering.
