Bakwan Jagung Manis


Bahan-bahan/ bumbu:
2 tongkol jagung manis
2 butir telur ayam, kocok lepas
200 gram tepung terigu
150 ml air

Haluskan:
1 siung bawang putih
2 butir bawang merah
1/4 sdt merica butir
Gula secukupnya
Garam secukupnya
1/4 sdt penyedap (bila suka)


Cara Membuat Bakwan Jagung Manis:
  • Pipil bulir jagung dari tongkolnya. Sisihkan.
  • Campur telur ayam dengan terigu.
  • Tambahkan jagung dan daun bawang. Aduk rata.
  • Masukkan bumbu yang dihaluskan.
  • Aduk sampai adonan dan bumbu tercampur rata.
  • Panaskan minyak. Lalu goreng adonan bakwan jagung sampai kuning kecoklatan.
  • Angkat dan tiriskan.
