Sate puyuh

Resep Sate Telur Puyuh

BAHAN : 
30 butir telur puyuh
6 butir bawang merah kemudian haluskan
3 butir bawang putih kemudian haluskan
150 gram gula Jawa kemudian disisir
3 lembar daun salam
4 sdm ketumbar
3 cm lengkuas, memarkan
1,5 liter air
Garam dan asam(larutkan dengan sedikit air) secukupnya

Cara membuat
1. Rebuslah telur kemudian bersihkan kulitnya
2. Campurkan semua bahan bumbunya kemudian rebus dengan air sambil diaduk merata. Jika sudah masukan telur puyuh kemudian tunggu hingga telur berwarna kecokletan kurang lebih setengah jam
3. Jika sudah angkat, tiriskan dan dinginkan kemudian baru tusukan pada tusuk sate dengan jumlah sesuai selera.
