ES GEMPOL SOLO

Es Gempol Khas Solo

Bahan :
200 gr tepung beras
25 gr tepung sagu
1/2 sdt garam
50 ml air panas
25 ml air daun suji
5 bh nangka, potong memanjang
Sirup vanili
Es batu, kepruk
Air untuk merebus

Kuah Santan :
500 ml santan kental
1/2 sdt garam
2 lbr daun pandan, simpulkan
2 sdm tepung maizena, larutkan dengan air

Cara Membuat :
1. Adonan gempol : kukus tepung beras selama 30 menit, angkat, campurkan tepung sagu, air daun suji dan air panas, uleni hingga kalis. Bulatkan adonan sebesar kelereng, tekan bagian tengah dengan ibu jari hingga membentuk cekungan. Masukkan dalam air mendidih, rebus adonan hingga mengapung, angkat. Sisihkan.
2. Kuah santan : panaskan santan, garam dan daun pandan, aduk rata, masak hingga mendidih. Tuang larutan tepung maizena, aduk, masak hingga kental, angkat.
3. Penyajian : susun gempol dan nangka, tuang kuah santan, sirup vanili dan es batu dalam gelas. Sajikan.

Untuk 5 gelas
