Pecel Lele

Pembuatan Bahan Utama Pecel Lele

Buat bumbu peredam (untuk membumbui lele sebelum digoreng), bahannya :

  1. 1 sendok teh ketumbar
  2. 3 siung bawang putih
  3. 1 sendok makan garam
  4. 2 cm kunyit
  5. 1 sdm air jeruk nipis

Bumbu peredam di atas kemudian dihaluskan/diblender sampai halus lalu diberi air kira-kira 100 ml.


Cara pembuatan bahan utama (lele gorengnya):
  • Rendam lele dengan larutan bumbu perendam. Biarkan beberapa menit agar bumbu meresap.
  • Panaskan minyak, goreng lele hingga matang dan kering. Angkat, tiriskan.

Membuat Sambal Pecel Lele

Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan:
  1. 6 biji cabe merah besar
  2. 10 biji cabe rawit tua
  3. 6 biji cabe keriting
  4. 1 buah tomat ukuran besar
  5. 2 siung bawang merah
  6. 2 sendok teh gula putih/gula merah
  7. 1 sendok teh garam
  8. 3 sendok teh terasi matang
  9. 1 jeruk limau untuk perasan
  10. Vetsin secukupnya kalo suka
Cara Membuat sambal pecel :

  • Cabai,tomat,bawang merah di rebus hingga matang,tiriskan, lalu bersama gula, garam, terasi dihaluskan bisa diuleg atau diblender tambahkan perasan jeruk limau. Bisa langsung Sajikan!
  • Namun anda juga bisa membuat sambal versi kedua dengan cara, panaskan minyak goreng kira-kira 2 sdm masukan sambal lalu tambahkan air 50 ml masak sampai kental. 
  • Sambal siap sajikan.

Agar terasa lebih mantap, sajukan pecel lele sangkuriang dengan msksnsn pelengkap berikut:
  • Timun
  • Daun kemangi
  • Kol
  • Tahu goreng
