Es GOYOBOD

Es Goyobod


Bahan Goyobod:
300 ml air
50 gr gula merah
50 gr tepung hunkwe
1/2 sdt garam
1 lbr daun pandan

Bahan Kuah:
600 ml santan dari 1 btr kelapa
200 gr gula merah, sisir halus
½ sdt garam
2 lbr daun pandan

Bahan Pelengkap:
1 btr kelapa muda, keruk melebar
1 bh alpukat, keruk dagingnya
es serut

Cara membuat:
1. Buat goyobod: rebus air dan gula merah, saring lalu dinginkan. Tambahkan bahan lain, rebus kembali hingga mendidih dan kental.Tuang ke loyang persegi 18 cm, diamkan hingga dingin, potong kotak 1 cm, sisihkan.
2. Buat kuah: rebus bahan kuah sambil diaduk hingga mendidih, saring. Dinginkan.
3. Sendokkan pelengkap ke dalam mangkuk kecil, tambahkan goyobod dan kuah, lalu hidangkan.

Untuk 6 orang.
