KAREDOK EBI




Penilaian :
Karedok yang terdiri dari berbagai macam potongan sayuran mentah dan disajikan dengan bumbu atau saus kacang bisa menjadi pilihan untuk melengkapi menu makan siang. Kali ini karedok dengan tambahan bumbu ebi memeberikan rasa yang berbeda. Agar tak penasaran, yuk langsung kita coba sajian berikut ini...!

Bahan-bahan/bumbu-bumbu:
6 lonjor kacang panjang, iris 1/2 cm
2 lembar kol, iris kasar
3 buah terong bulat, iris tipis
50 gram taoge mentah
1 buah ketimun, potong-potong
4 tangkai kemangi, petiki

Bahan Saus Kacang:
100 gram kacang tanah goreng, haluskan
1 siung bawang putih
2 buah cabai rawit merah
2 cm kencur
1 sendok makan ebi, goreng
1/2 sendok teh garam
1 1/2 sendok makan gula merah
100 ml air
1 sendok teh air jeruk limau
Cara membuat:
  1. Saus kacang, ulek bawang putih, cabai rawit merah, kencur, dan ebi sampai halus.
  2. Tambahkan garam, gula merah, dan kacang tanah. Ulek rata.
  1. Tambahkan air sedikit-sedikit sambil diulek rlimau. Ulek rata.Sisihkan.
  2. Tambahkan kacang panjang, kol, terong, taoge, ketimun, dan daun kemangi. Aduk rata. Sajikan.
