BOTOK TERI MLANDINGAN

BOTOK TERI MLANDINGAN

    Makanan sehat tanpa lemak dan kalori berlebih ada pada resep Botok Teri Mlandingan.

    Bahan-bahan/bumbu-bumbu :
    400 gram kelapa parut kasar setengah tua 
    50 gram mlandingan (petai cina) 
    50 gram teri medan 
    25 gram daun melinjo, diiris halus
    2 buah cabai merah besar, diiris serong
    1 buah cabai hijau, diiris serong
    6 butir bawang merah, diiris tipis
    3 siung bawang putih, diiris tipis
    1 1/4 sendok teh garam 
    1 sendok teh gula pasir 
    daun pisan untuk membungkus 

    Cara Pengolahan :
    1. Aduk rata semua bahan.
    2. Ambil daun pisang. Beri adonan. Bungkus tum. Semat dengan lidi.
    3. Kukus 30 menit sampai matang.
    Untuk 16 bungkus
