AYAM BUMBU MENTEGA

AYAM BUMBU MENTEGA


Bahan - bahan :
  • 1/2 ekor ayam, potong menjadi 10 bagian
  • 1 buah jeruk nipis peras airnya
  • 1 sendok teh garam
  • 1 siung bawang putih cacah halus
  • minyak goreng secukupnya
Saus mentega :
  • 3 sendok makan mentega
  • 1/2 buah bawang bombay iris tipis
  • 1 sendok teh kecap asin
  • 1 sendok makan kecap inggris
  • 1/2 sendok teh gula pasir
  • 1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk
Cara Membuat Ayam Saus Mentega :
  1. Pertama cuci ayam hingga bersih dan kemudian lumuri dengan air perasan jeruk nipis. Kemudian tambahkan bawang putih  dan garam, aduk sampai rata dan diamkan ayam selama 10 menit.
  2. Kemudian goreng ayam dengan minyak panas sampai matang kecokelatan, kemudian angkat dan sisihkan
  3. Kemudian tumis bawang bombay dengan minyak yang sedikit sampai harum.
  4. Masukkan mentega, kecap asin, kecap inggris, gula pasir dan merica bubuk aduk hingga rata.
  5. Masukkan ayam yang telah digoreng dan campurkan hingga rata.
  6. Angkat ayam saus mentega selagi hangat.
