TEMPE PENYET

TEMPE PENYET 

Bahan dan cara pembuatan.

Bahan utama
  • Tempe ± 250 gr
  • 1 bh ketimun. Potong berbentuk bulat.
  • Daun kemangi secukupnya    
  • Minyak untuk menggoreng

Bahan untuk sambal 
  • Bawang putih ±2 siung
  • Tomat ukuran sedang 1 butir
  • Kencur ±1 cm
  • Terasi matang  ±1 sdt
  • Cabe merah ukuran besar 1 bh.
  • Cabe rawit merah ±5 bh.

Cara membuat tempe penyet
  1. Potong tempe sesuai selera anda, lalu rendam sebentar dalam air garam.
  2. Panaskan minyak dalam wajan, kemudian goreng tempe sampai matang, angkat dan tiriskan.
  3. Goreng bawang putih sebentar, kemudian haluskan bersama cabe rawit, cabe merah, kencur, dan tomat kencur sampai halus menggunakan ulekan.
  4. Tambahkan terasi yang terlebih dahulu digoreng.
  5. Tambahkan garam secukupnya.
  6. Bila anda suka manis, tambahkan gula pasir kedalam sambal secukupnya
  7. Penyet tempe menggunakan ulekan.
  8. Simpan tempe dalam wadah,lalu tuangkan sambal diatasnya.
  9. Hias dengan potongan mentimun dan daun kemangi.
  10. Sajikan tempe penyet kreasi anda + nasi hangat
