Misoa Kuah bakso

Misoa Kuah Bakso Tahu 

Ingredients 1

750 ml kaldu ayam
3 siung bawang putih, memarkan
1 cm jahe, memarkan
¼ sdt merica bubuk
½ sdt garam
100 gr wortel, potong-potong
150 gr kembang kol, potong per kuntum
4 lbr sawi, potong kasar
200 gr misoa
1 btg daun bawang, iris serong

Ingredients 2

200 gr tahu putih, haluskan, peras airnya
50 gr udang kupas, cincang
1 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
1 sdm bawang putih goreng, remas halus
25 gr tepung kanji
½ sdt merica bubuk
½ sdt garam
Minyak goreng secukupnya

Directions

1. Bakso Tahu : Campur semua bahan bakso tahu (ingredients 2) kecuali minyak goreng, aduk hingga rata.

2. Ambil dua sendok makan, bentuk adonan menjadi bola-bola kecil dan goreng hingga kuning kecokelatan dan matang, angkat dan tiriskan, lakukan hingga semua adonan habis.

3. Rebus air kaldu bersama bawang putih, jahe, merica dan garam hingga mendidih, masukkan wortel, kembang kol dan sawi, masak sebentar sambil sesekali diaduk rata.

4. Masukkan misoa, daun bawang dan bakso tahu goreng, masak hingga misoa lembut dan mendidih, angkat dan sajikan segera selagi hangat.
