URAP - URAP

URAP-URAP KHAS SURABAYA



Bahan:
50 gr kenikir, rebus matang
50 gr daun singkong, rebus matang
50 gr daun papaya, rebus matang
50 gr kacang panjang, potong 3 cm, rebus matang
100 gr taoge, siangi seduh air panas
50 gr daun kemangi
200 gr kelapa setengah tua, kupas, parut kasar
2 sdm air asam
4 lembar daun jeruk
Gula, garam secukupnya

Bumbu Halus:
2 buah cabai merah
2 buauh cabai rawit
3 siung bawang putih
4 cm kencur
1 sdm irisan gula merah
½ sdt garam

Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Urap-Urap Khas Surabaya:
1.    Aduk bumbu halus dengan kelapa, air asam, daun jeruk. Setelah itu kukus hingga matang selama kurang kurang lebih 20 menit
2.    Aduk rata sayuran dengan kelapa berbumbu, tambahkan garam dan gula bilamana perlu
3.    Hidangkan
Hasil 3 porsi
