:: Ayam Tuturuga ::

Ayam Tuturuga :
Bahan:



1 ekor ayam sedang (600 gr), potong2, cuci bersih.
350 santan kental
4 helai daun jeruk purut
25 buah cabai rawi
t, biarkan utuh

1 batang serai, ambil bagian yang putih, memarkan
1 buah jeruk nipis
1 lembar daun pandan, iris halus
5 helai daun kemangi
1 sdt garam atau secukupnya
Minyak untuk menumis

Bumbu Halus:

8 butir bawang merah
3 butir bawang putih
4 cabai merah
5 butir kemiri
2 cm jahe
2 cm kunyit atau 2 sdt kunyit bubuk

Cara Membuat:

1. Potong ayam sesuai selera. Lumuri dengan perahan jeruk dan garam. Sisihkan.
2. Haluskan bahan bumbu halus dengan cobek atau blender. Tambahkan sedikit minyak dlm blender jika perlu.
3. Tumis bumbu halus hingga berbau harum. Tambahkan cabe rawit, serai, daun jeruk purut, daun pandan dan kemangi.
4. Masukkan ayam, aduk-aduk dan masak sampai ayam berubah warna.
5. Masukkan santan, 1 sdm air jeruk nipis dan garam sesuai selera.
6. Masak di atas api sedang hingga santan mendidih dan ayam benar2 matang.
7. Cicipi dan tambahkan garam jika perlu. Sajikan panas.
