SAYUR ASEM BELIMBING WULUH

Saur asem sering majadi menu pilihan sayur untuk hidangan sehari-hari. sayur asem dengan belimbing wuluh menjadikan rasa hidangan ini lebih segar. Untuk menikmati sajian ini bisa Anda sesuaikan dengan selera.


Bahan-bahan/bumbu-bumbu:
2 buah jagung manis, potong-potong
100 gram kacang tanah 
100 gram melinjo 
1 buah labu siam, potong-potong
10 buah keputren, potong-potong
50 gram daun melinjo 
3.000 ml air kaldu sapi 
8 butir bawang merah, iris halus
3 siung bawang putih, iris halus
2 buah cabai merah besar, iris miring
2 lembar daun salam 
2 cm lengkuas, memarkan
1/2 sendok teh terasi bakar, haluskan
2 1/2 sendok makan garam 
15 buah belimbing wuluh, belah 2 bagian
Cara membuat:
  1. Didihkan kaldu sapi, bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai merah, daun salam, dan lengkuas sampai harum.
  2. Masukkan jagung manis, kacang tanah, melinjo, terasi, dan garam. Masak sampai mendidih dan harum.
  3. Tambahkan belimbing wuluh, labu siam, keputren, dan daun melinjo. Masak sampai matang. Angkat.
